Lietuvos autorių teisių gynimo asociacijos agentūra (LATGA-A) per tris mėnesius į kreditų biuro „Creditinfo“ Skolininkų administravimo informacinę sistemą (SAIS) pateikė 1,75 mln. litų klientų pradelstų įsiskolinimų, iš kurių jau susigrąžino 250 tūkst. litų. LATGA-A ne tik teikia duomenis apie nemokius klientus į SAIS, bet ir tikrina potencialių partnerių mokumą.

„Iki šiol skolininkų sąrašą skelbdavome tik savo interneto tinklapyje, tačiau vien šios priemonės nepakako. Ieškodami efektyvių būdų, kaip sumažinti esamų skolininkų skaičių ir išvengti naujų nesąžiningų partnerių, nusprendėme dalintis duomenimis apie nemokias įmones.

Naudodamiesi Skolininkų administravimo informacine sistema galime ne tik patys įkelti informaciją apie skolininkus, bet ir gauti informaciją apie juos“, – teigia Arvydas Adamonis, Lietuvos autorių teisių gynimo asociacijos agentūros (LATGA-A) Muzikos kūrinių skyriaus vedėjo pavaduotojas.

Per tris mėnesius LATGA-A ne tik pateikė duomenis apie klientų nepadengtas skolas kreditų biuro „Creditinfo“ Skolininkų administravimo informacinei sistemai, bet ir naudodamasi ja, jau susigrąžino 135,4 tūkst. litų. Tai yra daugiau nei pusė iš visų klientų padengtų pradelstų skolų, kurių bendra suma siekia 250 tūkst. litų.

„Pasikeitimas duomenimis Skolininkų administravimo informacinėje sistemoje leidžia kreditoriams susigrąžinti pinigus, nes į sistemą įtraukta įmonė negali gauti, pavyzdžiui, telekomunikacijų paslaugų, kol nepadengia pradelstų skolų LATGA-A. Todėl keitimasis informacija apie nemokius klientus yra vienas iš svarbiausių rizikos valdymo elementų.

Juk kuo didesnis įmonių ar organizacijų skaičius dalinsis duomenimis su kitais apie prisiimtų įsipareigojimų nevykdančius klientus, tuo bus efektyvesnė skolų prevencija ir pavyks sumažinti esamus įsiskolinimus“, – sako kreditų biuro „Creditinfo“ generalinis direktorius Andrius Bogdanovičius.

Daugiausiai pradelstų skolų LATGA-A klientai padengė tuomet, kai kreipėsi dėl paslaugų, o paslaugų teikėjai jų įsipareigojimų vykdymą įvertino remdamiesi SAIS duomenimis. 48 proc. įmonių turėjo padengti pradelstas skolas LATGA-A  norėdami pasinaudoti  telekomunikacijų, 30 proc. – finansų įstaigų ir 13 proc. – prekybos įmonių paslaugomis.

Tarp LATGA-A skolininkų daugiausiai yra restoranų, barų, viešbučių ir prekybos sektoriaus įmonių.

Kreditų biuro „Creditinfo“ Skolininkų administravimo informacine sistema naudojasi visi Lietuvoje veikiantys bankai, lizingo, vartojimo kreditų, telekomunikacijų įmonės, skirstomieji tinklai ir didžioji dalis greitųjų kreditų bendrovių. SAIS sudaro išsami informacija apie privačių ir juridinių asmenų pradelstas skolas, taip pat papildoma juridinė, ekonominė ir kontaktinė informacija apie juridinius asmenis.
