Vilniaus miesto savivaldybė Mokytojų dienos proga visiems mokslo metams apdraus pedagogus nuo nelaimingų atsitikimų darbe. Iš viso sostinėje bus apdrausta beveik 6 tūkst. pedagogų.

 „Rūpindamiesi mūsų pedagogais, pradedame bendradarbiavimo projektą „Saugi pedagogų bendruomenė“, kurio metu apdrausime visus miesto mokytojus nuo galimų nelaimių darbe. Pedagogams šis draudimas užtikrins finansinę paramą įvykus nelaimingam atsitikimui.“- sako Vilniaus meras Vilius Navickas.

Maksimali draudiminio įvykio draudimo suma sieks 50 tūkst. Lt. Jei pedagogas prieš tai jau buvo apsidraudęs kurioje nors draudimo kompanijoje nuo nelaimingų atsitikimų, draudimo suma bus sudedama.

Vilniaus m. savivaldybė – pirmoji Lietuvos savivaldybė, inicijavusi pedagogų draudimą nuo nelaimingų atsitikimų darbe.
