AB bankas SNORAS valdyba nusprendė kreiptis į Vertybinių popierių biržą NASDAQ OMX Vilnius, prašydama įtraukti banko paprastąsias vardines akcijas į jos oficialųjį prekybos sąrašą.

Iki šiol banko SNORAS paprastosiomis vardinėmis akcijomis buvo prekiaujama biržos papildomajame prekybos sąraše. Paraišką Vertybinių popierių biržai NASDAQ OMX Vilnius bankas SNORAS ketina pateikti iki šių metų lapkričio 5 dienos.

„Siekiant pakliūti į oficialųjį biržos sąrašą, būtina atitikti tam tikrus griežtus reikalavimus, kuriuos atitinkame. Iš Vertybinių popierių biržos NASDAQ OMX Vilnius papildomojo prekybos sąrašo į oficialųjį prekybos sąrašą bus įtrauktos 474 217 107 paprastosios vardinės AB bankas SNORAS akcijos. Bendra nominali akcijų vertė siekia 474 217 107 litų. Vienos akcijos nominali vertė – 1 litas.

Prekyba Vertybinių popierių biržoje NASDAQ OMX Vilnius banko SNORAS paprastosiomis vardinėmis akcijomis buvo pradėta 1994 metų sausio 24 dieną.
