ATSAKYMAS. Remiantis Lietuvos Respublikos advokatūros įstatymo (toliau – Advokatūros įstatymas) 39 str. 1 d. 1 p. advokatas privalo sąžiningai atlikti savo pareigas. Advokatas privalo laikytis Lietuvos advokatų etikos kodekso reikalavimų ir elgtis dorai bei pilietiškai.

Remiantis advokatūros įstatymo 51 str. 1 ir 2 d. kai kyla kliento ir advokato ginčas dėl teisinių paslaugų, klientas turi teisę kreiptis į Lietuvos advokatūrą ar teismą.

Klientų ir advokatų ginčus dėl teisinių paslaugų Lietuvos advokatūroje nagrinėja Lietuvos advokatūros advokatų taryba ar jos sudarytas organas. Šie ginčai nagrinėjami Lietuvos advokatūros advokatų tarybos nustatyta tvarka.
