Klausimas. Esu UAB direktorius, bet įmonė neveikia, realių darbo sutarčių nėra, nes treti metai neatvyksta akcininkas ir nepriima jokių sprendimų dėl įmonės veiklos. Akcininkas yra Vokietijos pilietis, bet šiuo metu niekaip netsiliepia, buvimo vieta nebežinoma, ansktesnė registravimo metu netinka, surasti akcininko nėra galimybės. Kaip išeiti iš darbo?

Atsakymas. Reikia kreiptis į akcininką raštu su prašymu atleisti iš darbo. Per protingą terminą (jis galėtų būti nuo 14 iki 30 dienų) negavus iš akcininko jokio atsakymo reikia kreiptis į teismą.

Kreipiamasi į apylinkės teismą pagal įmonės registracijos vietą arba pagal gyvenamąją vietą.
