Klausimas. Ieškodamas nors menkiausios informacijos internete apie mane dominantį klausimą atsitiktinai radau straipsnį Jūsų portale apie buto dalies pardavimą. Labai sudomino kitas variantas: buto dalies (kambario) pirkimas iš kaimyno už sienos!?

Tuomet, kai yra du atskiri turtiniai vienetai, tuomet jau galimas ir nekilnojamojo turto pirkimo-pardavimo sandoris.
