ATSAKYMAS. Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės (toliau – Vyriausybės) nutarimu yra nustatyta, jog nuo 2008 m. sausio 1 d. minimalusis valandinis atlygis yra 4,85 lito ir minimalioji mėnesinė alga yra 800 litų.

Taigi atsižvelgiant į aptartą Vyriausybės nutarymą reikia pažymėti, kad jeigu darbuotojas dirba puse etato, tai jo minimalioji mėnesinė alga turi būti ne mažesnė nei 400 Lt ir negali būti mažesnė, nebent jis dirba mažesniu krūviu nei 0,5 (t. y. pusė) etato per mėnesį.
